In December 2008, an article appeared in the house magazine of Air-Britain detailing the flying years of the late Jack Meaden.  Jack was a prolific local pilot flying many types from Staverton and amassing over 3,500 hours between 1947 and 1997.   With thanks to Air-Britain's Dave Partington, the article is reproduced here:
